NEX 614是Mini-ITX板，采用第六代英特尔®酷睿™i7/i5/i3处理器和英特尔®赛扬®处理器（代号为Skylake），以及集成英特尔®Skylake图形控制器的下一代英特尔®酷睿™/赛扬®处理器。
NEX 614支持HDMI（4K/2K）、DP、VGA和LVDS（双通道24位，高达1920 x 1200 @60Hz）的多显示器。采用双DDR4 SO-DIMM通道，最大内存支持32GB。
NEX 614嵌入式英特尔® H110默认提供三个SATA，四个串行端口，四个USB 3.0端口，四个USB 2.0端口，两个千兆以太网LAN端口，一个PCIe x16插槽和一个全尺寸MiniPCIe与3G/Wi-Fi/SATA接口。电源输入涵盖了从12V到24V的直流电。通过可选的英特尔® Q170芯片组，NEX 614消耗了第四个SATA功能，用于大容量存储。
NEX 614具有多功能显示、丰富的I/O支持，适用于多媒体以及工业嵌入式应用的关键任务，如Kiosk、数字标牌、游戏、自动化应用等。
