nROK 6221-IP基于英特尔®酷睿™四核处理器E3950（最高2.0GHz），特别符合严格的EN50155标准，具有坚固、无风扇和紧凑的结构。nROK 6221-IP支持每个调制解调器的双SIM卡，允许六个SIM卡相互备份，通过软件实现更好的连接质量。此外，六个SIM卡和三个WWAN模块的架构可以增加带宽，以获得更快的数据传输速度。
nROK 6221-IP配备了智能电源管理，可以通过点火、RTC定时器或短信远程唤醒。通过整合各种I/O端口、3个mini-PCIe、2个M.2插座的扩展性、通过VGA连接多达两个屏幕和IP65防水等级，nROK 6221-IP保持灵活性，以满足不同机车车辆应用的需求，如信息娱乐、调度系统、蜂窝/无线网络连接和视频监控。迷你PCIe插槽x3的设计可以在需要时解决市场的潜在需求。
