VTC 6210基于英特尔®四核处理器E3845（1.91GHz），专门为恶劣的车内环境设计。它使VTC 6210在坚固、无风扇和紧凑的机制下符合严格的MIL-STD-810G军事标准。
VTC 6210通过内置的CAN BUS 2.0B接口提供汽车和计算机之间的完整通信能力。可选的OBDII接口（J1939）也可用于车辆诊断。VTC 6210具有丰富的PAN、WLAN和WWAN无线连接功能。由于支持双SIM卡，VTC 6210允许三张SIM卡相互备份，通过软件获得更好的连接质量。
此外，三张SIM卡和双WWAN模块的架构可以增加带宽，以获得更快的数据传输速度。不仅是数据传输，VTC 6210还支持双向语音通信。配备了智能电源管理，VTC 6210可以通过点火、RTC计时器或短信远程唤醒。通过整合各种I/O端口和4个mini-PCIe插座的扩展性，VTC 6210保持灵活性，以满足不同远程信息处理应用的需求，如信息娱乐、车队管理、调度系统和视频监控。
